How much does it cost to ship the roses?

Based on the number of bunches you order, we ship our roses via overnight carrier and we charge flat rates, which cover all packaging materials, handling and shipping charges. Please refer to this table to calculate your shipping costs:

Will the roses die or be damaged during shipping?

No! Our growers have developed an ingenious packing system to protect our flowers during shipment, which ensures that your flowers will arrive in perfect condition:

Our roses are tightly packed in layered bunches of 25 using corrugated paper and tissue to protect their beautiful blooms. Their stems are bound together and each bunch is placed in clear cellophane to retain moisture. Up to seven bunches are packed in long thin boxes (usually about 40" long by 8" tall by 12" wide) and strapped tightly into place so they do not rattle around during shipping.

How do the roses survive the long trip from Ecuador?

Our roses are bred to be both beautiful and extremely hardy. They are carefully packed and shipped within days of harvesting to our air-conditioned warehouses in Miami and then sent directly to you. The finished packages are very light; you will not require any assistance when lifting or opening them.
