Ordering and Delivering Fresh Roses

When should I place my order?

We recommend ordering your fresh roses about six to eight weeks in advance. However, we can accept and fill orders as late as four days before your required delivery date.

How much does it cost to ship the roses?

Based on the number of bunches you order, we ship our roses via overnight carrier and charge a flat rate, which covers all packaging materials, handling and shipping charges. Please refer to this table to calculate your shipping cost:.

When should I schedule the flowers for delivery?

We recommend delivery one or two days before your event. This will allow you time to prep the flowers. Keep in mind that because our roses are shipped via overnight carrier, they are not delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

My event is on a Monday, so what do I do?

No problem. Go ahead and have them delivered on Friday. Your flowers will remain fresh and will last beautifully through the weekend if you prep the flowers on Friday.

Shouldn't I have them delivered on the day I plan to use them?

No. These are ultra-fresh flowers direct from the grower so you do not need to receive them on the same day, nor do we recommend it. While our flowers are beautiful and healthy right out of the box, they will only improve when you prep them and give them time to perk up!

Where should I have the flowers delivered?

The best place is directly to your workspace as long as someone will be at that location to meet the delivery truck. If this is not possible, have your flowers delivered to your office or a friend's house so that the boxes can immediately be brought inside, which protects them from extreme heat or cold.

The flowers are packed well enough that they can remain inside your home or office in their original packing boxes for approximately 8 hours before you need to unpack and prepare them.

What if the flowers show up wilted or dead?

We pack your flowers extremely carefully so they will arrive at your door healthy, fresh and beautiful. In the unlikely event that your flowers appear wilted or dead, Contact Us immediately so we can arrange for a quick redelivery.
