Why choose fresh petals from Pick a Petal?

Many local florists sell petals from flowers that have already bloomed, which means the deterioration process has started. Our rose petals are carefully plucked from the freshest roses growing on our "hydroponic" farm in California. This means they are nurtured with a carefully blended, water-rich nutrient solution, instead of grown in plain soil. We produce robust roses whose petals have a "just-picked" fragrance.
